In our initial session, we will collaborate to define your treatment goals. I believe in holding clients accountable and will assign relevant tasks that help track progress. Homework serves as valuable data to assess improvements and identify areas that may need further attention. I recognize that treatment is not one-size-fits-all, and in our sessions, you will learn about the underlying foundations of your behaviors, explore your current emotions and outcomes, and identify healthy coping strategies to support your progress.
